greatest exercise trends and tools to trim our bodies into perfection.
What they don't provide is the information necessary to help you decide
whether or not these fitness trends will work for your body type and
goals. At the end of the day, we are left with an overwhelming amount of
exercise options each with enticing marketing slogans. So the question
